Senior Portrait Info- Monday Sept 17th and Tuesday Sept 18th

VERY IMPORTANT SENIOR PORTRAIT INFORMATION!! MONDAY, SEPT 17th and TUESDAY, SEPT 18th.

>>SENIOR CAP & GOWN PORTRAITS:: AMANDA FREEMAN PHOTOGRAPHY
September 17th MONDAY & 18th TUESDAY --- Students will be assigned a time slot-- schedules are posted in Mrs. Janecek & Mrs. Haedge's rooms.


LADIES—
~ Fingernails will show in the pictures. Chipped or wild colors will not be photoshopped out.
~One of the portraits is a drape. It is recommended that you wear a black tank top, strapless bra or bandeau bra. A pearl necklace and earrings will be provided. (If you have your own pearls to wear, you may wear them, but the ones provided will be the portrait published.)

GENTLEMEN—
~Hair and facial hair MUST be in dress code —the picture will not be taken if you are not in dress code. >>Recommendation on hair-- get a fresh cut a few days prior o picture day.
~Wear a white undershirt
~The Tux (Jacket, White Button down and ties) will be provided

***IMAGES ARE PREVIEWED BY THE STUDENT IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING TAKING THE PICTURE, RETAKES ARE NOT AN OPTION UNLESS THERE IS AN ERROR ON THE PHOTOGRAPHER’S PART.

You can expect to see proofs two weeks after taking pictures. Forms and payment will be due within one week.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
~Check made out to Amanda Freeman Photography. The PROOFS are to be returned whether or not you purchase pictures.


PLEASE ALWAYS TURN IN ALL PAYMENTS DIRECTLY TO MRS. HAEDGE.
DO NOT GIVE IT TO A JOURNALISM STUDENT!!
