EBHS CX Debate State Tournament Results

On Monday the CX Debate District Champion team of Julianne Sellers and Emelia Muniz, along with Alternates Holly Anderson and Abbey Sellers, represented District 24AAA in Austin at the STATE Championships!  After a long day of preliminary rounds, Muniz/Sellers came away with a record of 2-2, which unfortunately eliminated them from advancing to octofinals for Day 2.  But this is a very good record for a freshman and sophomore team against other State-qualifying schools. We can also be proud that this is the third year in a row that East Bernard has had a debate team (last year we had two!) at the State Championships!
