EB FFA Students Compete at District 3 Public Speaking Contest

Several students competed in the District 3 Public Speaking Contest this morning. Logan Goudeau placed 2nd with her Animal Science speech entitled "Brahman: The Common Denominator," Hannah Chumchal placed 2nd with her Ag Policy speech entitled "Doing What's Right," and Marshall Mahaltic placed 1st with his Jr. Prepared Public Speaking speech entitled "Dirt." ALL three advanced to area! 

This afternoon, all students pictured attended the District 3 Convention where Lauren Andersen was elected as a District 3 Officer. Lauren took an exam, went through an interview, gave a speech in front of the district, and was elected by voting delegates to serve as the 2017-2018 Sentinel.
