EBHS Sports Update

The Brahmarettes defeated Van Vleck by a score of 37-15. Scoring is as follows: Reagan Goudeau-7pts., Reagan Korenek-6, Madison Crist, Paige Nixon, Jolie Peloquin, & Samantha Rabius-4 pts. each, Lauren Rieger-3, Peyton McGuire & Courtney Dickson-2 pts. each. Everyone on the team scored! Current overall record is 16-3 and District record 10-0.





the JV Boys defeated Van Vleck 52-25. The boys played tremendously on both sides of the floor. The JV boys are 7-3, with a District record of 6-1.







Last Friday the varsity tennis squad played their first tournament in Wharton.
Results:


Rina Bowers & Peyton McGuire ("A" girls doubles) finished 3rd as they defeated Fulshear, fell to Wharton, and then beat Foster (for 3rd place) with a score of 8-4.
Jackson Barta won the consolation of "A" boys singles by defeating Waller 8-2.
Madison Crist defeated Waller to move into the "B gold" bracket and then fell to Wharton & Foster-finishing 4th.


Also competing: Cole Lee & Emma Potts (mixed doubles), Abbi Joines & Evan Wilson (mixed doubles), Jonah Kubena and Sam Coker (boys doubles), and Rylee Kellner (girls singles).
