This past Saturday Dec. 1, 9 junior high students participated in the ATSSB All Region Band Auditions at Staffford High School. The students played 2 pieces and 3 scales in front of a panel of blind judges (the judges were not seen by the student). There were 500 students in attendance from our region and the top students were selected to perform in 3 bands. Congrats to all our students as they represented East Bernard well. Congratulations to 7th grade student Kadence Hernandez who made the 2nd band on oboe. She will be performing at Needville High School on January 19.
