EBHS Regional Tennis Meet Results

Our 8 tennis players competed in the Regional tournament yesterday. Rina Bowers fell to the overall #1 girls singles player in her first match; Jackson Barta played a 2.5 hour marathon 3 set match-losing lost to a boy from Lexington that advanced to the finals today; Boys doubles Jonathan Boettcher and Tyler Kellner lost to the overall #2 doubles team in their first match. Peyton McGuire won her first match yesterday morning, and then lost her second match of the day; Ethan Rejsek won his first match 6-0 6-0 and then lost to the overall #1 seed from Central Heights; mixed doubles Travis Cook and Lauren Stolle won their first match yesterday 6-0 6-0 and then fell to the overall #2 seed in their second match of the day. These 8 players had wonderful seasons and gained so much experience at Regionals. Our seniors were outstanding leaders and will be missed next year.
