Last night, the Brahmarettes traveled to Danbury for their 3rd
district game of the season. The Brahmarettes used a strong first half to
secure a 50-29 victory over Danbury and improve to 2-1 in district and 14-10 on
the season. Leading scorers for the Brahmarettes were Kristen Morse with 9,
Rebecca Rabius with 8, Julia Janczak with 7, Maycie Atteberry with 7, DeeDee
Smith with 6, Sabrina Show with 4, Cheslee Karasek with 4, Cheyenne Novicke
with 2, Calyn Grymes with 2, and Erin Dawson with 1. The Brahmarettes will be
back in action on Tuesday, in Rice. JV will begin at 5:00 with Varsity to
follow. The JV White game scheduled
against Harmony on Tuesday 1/17, has been canceled.
