JV Tennis traveled to Alvin yesterday to compete against 17 schools 5A and 6A teams. Our kids did a great job against some really good competition while battling the wind all day.
Results:
Joshua Hlavinka lost in the Quarter finals on the Championship B side.
Jacob Guthman and Taylor Buxkemper 2nd place Consolation Side.
Jackson Barta and Dalton Schmidt lost in the Quarter finals on the Championship B side.
Abbey Sellers, Bailey Whitley and Claudia Zapalac, Joe Petrenella, Joseph Vacek and Lauren Anderson all won some and lost some and went to some great match points but fell short of the medals/trophies.
