EBHS Girls Basketball Results

The Varsity Brahmarettes closed out the regular season with a tough 27-37 loss to Van Vleck. The Brahmarettes finished district with an 8-4 record and ended up in third place in district. scoring for the Brahamrettes were Jessica Rabius - 8 points; Bailey Hlavinka - 4 points; Kelbi Fortenberry - 4 points; Malynn Plunkett - 4 points; Kristen Morse - 3 points; Julia Janczak - 2 points; Cheyenne Novicke - 2 points.


The Brahmarettes have qualified for the playoffs and will play a playoff game next week. The opponent is yet to determined.




The J.V. Girls played their last District game on Friday and defeated Danbury 44-11. Scoring for the Brahmarettes were: Emily Dawson-7 pts., Dee Dee Smith, Erin Dawson and Cheslee Karasek-6 pts. each, Emily Kurtz, Taylor Swoboda, and Taylor Earls-4 pts. each, Calyn Grymes-3 pts., and Shea Potts and Logan Goudeau with a basket each.

The team finished the season with an overall record of 17-3 and District record of 5-0.

Last night the freshmen girls defeated St. Paul 23-15 to close out their season. Scoring for the Brahmarettes were Deaundra Smith- 13 points, Cheslee Karasek-5 points, Brooke Dirba-4 points, and Hayley Hoegemeyer-1 point.


The Brahmarettes ended the season with a record of 10-6-1.
