The Brahmas are back in action on Friday as the travel to Van Vleck to take on the Leopards.

The East Bernard J.V. basketball team continued their
winning ways last night, beating Danbury by a final score of 33-21. Scoring for
the Brahmas was Will Anderson with 12, Logan Baird with 7, Christian Alcalar
with 5, Issaiah Montalvo with 3, Layton Swoboda with 2, Trey Schmidt with 2,
Isaac Munoz with 1, and Payton Peloquin with 1. The win improves their record
to 2-1 in district. The Brahmas will be back in action on Friday in Van Vleck.
The Freshman Basketball Team traveled to Brazos last night
to take on the Cougars for the second time this year and left Brazos with a
win, 36 - 29. Leading the Brahmas to their second straight win was Grady Prazak
with 17 points, Joe Petranella 6, Hunter Goudeau and Justin Bosse with 4,
Patrick Hlavinka and Mason Vasut with 2 points, and Kevin Martinez with 1
point. The next game for the Brahmas will be at home, against Hempstead on
Friday at 5 o’clock.
