East Bernard High School's "Mummers Club" competed with their One-Act Play called "Radium Girls" at Bi-District contest in Winnie, TX over the weekend. They competed with six other schools, including Boling and Van Vleck from District 24AAA, and 3 schools from District 23AAA. They received All-Star Crew (Katie Kubes), Honorable Mention All-Star Cast (Shelby Aschenbeck and Keaton McDonald), All-Star Cast (Sara Berrett and Russell Zahradnik) and Best Actress (Sarah Sims). The Area Contest is at Houston School for the Performing and Visual Arts on Saturday, April 18 at 10 AM.
