The Brahmas traveled to El Maton Friday night to take on the Tigers of Tidehaven.
The Brahmas came away with a hard fought 48 to 40 victory. The Brahmas used a first half surge to create a comfortable lead.
The Brahmas will be back into district action Tuesday night in Danbury.
The JV plays at 5:00 with the varsity boys playing at approximately 7:30.
The Freshmen boys will be at home Tuesday night hosting the Sealy Tigers at 5:30.

The East Bernard JV Boys basketball team took 2nd place in the Rice CISD JV Basketball Tournament this weekend. On Thursday they went 2-0, with wins over Tidehaven and Sealy. Saturday they beat Palacios to make it to the championship game, where they fell short.
The Brahmas are now 8-5 overall and are looking to claim their first district win Tuesday when they travel to Danbury.
