East Bernard
came up on the short end of a defense struggle vs Flatonia Thursday night.
Flatonia scored making it 8-0 in the first quarter and it stayed that way till
the 4th quarter when Keith Atkinson scored over left tackle from 3
yards out to cut the deficit to 2. The two point conversion failed. A late
rally fell short when East Bernard turned the ball over to Flatonia with 1:00
left at the Flatonia 20 yard line.
Outstanding
defensive players were Reagan Whitley, Cole Lee, Douglas Grymes and Ryan Morse
had an interception.

at Hempstead September 24th.
