The JV Girls
Basketball Team played Industrial Saturday for their 3rd game of the
Tournament. The Brahmarettes had a slow
start by only scoring 6 pts. the first half. They came out after halftime and
scored 18 pts. in the 3rd quarter to take the lead 24-16. They held
on and defeated the Cobras 32-25.
Leading the way for the team was Bailey Hlavinka with 13 pts. Kristen Morse-8
pts., Cheyenne Novicke 6 pts., Angie Cruz 5 pts., and Malynn Plunkett 2 pts. Rebecca Rabius was the rebounding machine for
the Brahmarettes.
All 3 teams
play Palacios on Monday and Industrial on Tuesday before they head into
Thanksgiving break.
