The JV Girls Basketball team started District play on
Tuesday night against Van Vleck. The EB girls struggled early in the game but
came out after halftime more aggressive and ready to play.

Scoring for the Brahmarettes were as follows:
Courtney Clipson 12, Rachel Polak-9, Maddie Stork-5, Brooke
Boettcher, Aliska Schmidt, Brooke Polak all with 4 pts. each. And with a basket
each were Jacyci Potts, Bailey Hlavinka and Megan Lee. Courtney Clipson was
defensive player of the game where she scored 10 pts. off of steals. The girls
travel to Danbury next Tuesday where they take their 1-0 District record and
8-3 overall record.
