Tonight's topics are: Facebook and TAKS.
The facebook class will be held in the Junior High Computer Lab where we will discuss what social networking is and demonstrate the basic features of facebook, one of the most popular social networking sites. In Mrs. Orsak's room at the Junior High, science teachers will demonstrate games and activities that can be put together at home to help kiddos get ready for the TAKS test in grades 5 and 8.
Those attending parent's night can also enter a drawing to win a free netbook! One entry per person each time you attend a parent's night event! The drawing will take place after the final parent's night this school year, which is tonight, April 12, 2011.
