8th broke open a scoreless game with 20 second quarter points as
they won their 6th straight game. Caleb Marek scored first on a nice
55 yard run and Devin Chapman added the 2 point conversion. Later in the
quarter Andrew Schmidt hit Kobe Brown on a 60 yard touchdown pass, making the
score 14-0. Right before half Caleb Marek scored on a short run making it 20-0.
In the second half Riley Polak finished the scoring with a short touchdown run
and Kobe Brown kicked the extra point making it 27-8. Defensively for the Brahmas Cody Ard
recovered a fumble and Cade Peloquin and Kobe Brown both had an interception.
Defensive standouts were Caydan Hall, Grant Prazak, and Devin Chapman. Next
week is an open date with the Brahmas returning to action on the road versus
Danbury October 27.
