EB 7th Grade
Football vs Brazos 9-29-16
The 7th grade Brahmas came away
with a hard fought 28-0 victory over the visiting Brazos Cougars on 9-29-16 at
Memorial Stadium. Weston Swoboda got the
scoring started with a 25 yard pass reception from Dallas Novicke. Zach York added the 2 point conversion to
take an 8-0 lead. Erik Esquivel added a
touchdown reception from Novicke, a 40 yard touchdown run and a 2 point
conversion. Novicke also added a second
quarter touchdown run. Offensive
Standouts were Carson Kubicek, Gary Bell, Sammy Coker, Miguel Rendon, David
Zavalla, Nathan Weid, Evan Wilson, Peyton Kopecky and Cade Janecek. Defensive Standouts were Boone Lee, Bryan
Olvera, Blake Jedlicka, Luke Minks and Mark Glover. The 7th grade Brahmas are now 3-1
on the season and 1-1 in district play.
