Saturday afternoon at 2:45 the Mighty Brahma Band took part at the Edna Marching Contest. We didn't get the scores we were hoping for but we increased our overall scores from last year showing improvement and ranking higher in the overall 3A scoring. There were quite a few more 3A schools at contest this year.
Included was a personal viewing and critic from a judge who gave us some good pointers on a few things we can do within the following week to improve. I am excited to get to work on the few things he talked about this final week before UIL. The band will be bringing their A game to El Campo UIL Marching contest next Saturday at 11:30am. Come out and cheer us on.
