The Accounting I students traveled to downtown Houston to discuss the accounting profession with members of the accounting firm of Price Waterhouse Coopers. They were able to meet with a panel of partners and staff members and view what a career in public accounting entails. The students then traveled to the Centerpoint Energy corporate offices where they were treated to a catered lunch and a presentation on working as an accountant in the private sector.
