The East Bernard Freshmen football team hosted the Yoakum
Bulldogs in the second game of the season. The Brahmas displayed relentless
effort from start to finish, coming away with a 44-0 win over the Bulldogs.
Scoring for the Brahmas was Destin Schuler with four Touchdowns, 2 2-pt
conversion and converting 2 extra points.
Grady Prazak and Isaac Munoz each added a Touchdown of their own. The defense played great throughout the game
on their way to a shutout. The defense
was led by Payton Peloquin and Hunter Goudeau who were flying to the football
and making big plays all night. Last but
not least, the offensive and defensive lines controlled the line of scrimmage
which paved the way to the win last night.
The Freshmen football team travels to Weimar to take on the Wildcats
next week.
