EBHS Girls Basketball Vs La Marque Results

The Brahmarettes hosted La Marque for their final home game of the season. Using  tough defense and balanced scoring, the Brahmarettes came away with a 71-30 victory. Everyone scored for the Brahmarettes. Leading the charge was Jessica Rabius with 21, Cheslee Karasek with 12, Julia Janczak with 11, Emily Kurtz with 8, Mackensi Muzik with 5, Deedee Smith with 4, Erin Beaird with 4, Blair Berry with 2, Logan Goudeau with 2, and Erin Dawson with 2. The win improves the Brahmarettes season record to 18-7, and 7-2 in district. They will wrap up regular season play on Tuesday, in Brazos. Jv to begin at 5:00 with varsity to follow.

 

 

The J. V. Girls defeated La Marque 36-7 Friday in their last home game of the season. Scoring for the Brahmarettes were: Zoey Talas-13, Taylor Bottoms-6, Lexi Marik, Lauren Rieger, Camryn Whitley-4 pts. each, Dakota Domel, McKenna Novicke, Paige Nixon, Brooke Babin-2 pts. each, and Alyssa Schulte-1 pt. Everyone scored!!
The team travels to Wallis tomorrow to play their last game of the season. Their record is 16-3 overall and 7-1 in District.
