EBHS Speech and Debate Team Boling HS Invitational Tournament Results

The EBHS speech and debate team attended Boling HS Invitational tournament on Saturday. We came a way with a few trophies so overall it was a successful day:


Mackenize Romero: 2nd place Novice Prose
Holly Anderson: 3rd place Senior Persuasive Speaking
Abbey Sellers: 6th place Senior Persuasive speaking
Katherine Ellis: 8th place Novice Prose


The debate team of McDonald-Ellis went 2 and 1, ending up with 4th place overall.
The team of Sellers-Muniz went 2 and 1, with a 5th place overall.
The team of Anderson-Pirtle went 1 and 2, with a 7th place overall.


AND...8th grader Carson Kubicek received 2nd place overall in Novice Poetry!!!
