EBHS Varisty Baseball Vs Hitchcock Results

The Brahma baseball team traveled to Hitchcock on Friday night to take on the Bulldogs for the District Championship. Behind a strong pitching performance and timely hitting the Brahmas were able to win 4-2 and clinch the District Championship. Cody Lehmann went the distance on the mound for the Brahmas allowing only 2 hits and striking out 11. At the plate, the Brahmas were led by Stephen Castillo who had 2 hits, while JJ Talas, Jared Brantly, and Cody Lehmann each added a hit a piece. The Brahmas will wrap up district play tomorrow as they host LaMarque. There will only be a varsity game beginning at 5:00. Hope to see everyone there!
