The J.V.
Girls Basketball team played 2 games in Hallettsville yesterday. They lost to
Hallettsville 32-40 in the first game. Scoring for the Brahmarettes were:
Mackensi Muzik-11 pts., Dee Dee Smith-6, Emily Kurtz and Blaire Berry-4 pts.
each, Taylor Bottoms-3, Hayley Hoegemeyer and Brooke Dirba with 2 pts. each.
In the
second game the Brahmarettes lost to Lockhart 42-44 in OT. Scoring for the team
were: Mackensi Muzik-14 pts., Dee Dee Smith-10, Hayley Hoegemeyer-6, Emily
Kurtz-4, Logan Goudeau and Blaire Berry-3 pts. each, and Bailey Whitley-2 pts.
The girls
resume play on Tuesday at home against Columbus.
