Sunday. We took 16 kids and brought home 12 first division gold medals
and one second division silver medal.
Tony Martinez received a second division on his memorized snare solo
and the percussion ensemble received a first division.
The following students were members of the percussion ensemble who
doesn't have to perform from memory however they still did.

Tyler Kellner
Rodrigo Jordan
Jonathan Boettcher
Caleb Moseley
Taylor Buxkemper
Faith Jenkins
Patricck Hlavinka
Josh Mica
Chris Murrile

It was a long day with over 18,000 entries competing in two different
locations but the kids rocked it and brought home the medals.
Other members that advanced to state were Lilly Thurman, Zach Cheatham
and Ben Sandoval. Zach and Ben know the drill and are looking forward
to bringing home the gold next year.

IMPORTANT Graduation Information
IMPORTANT Graduation info:
With the likelihood of rain today and tomorrow, we're proactively planning for the worst case scenario for tomorrow night. To be clear, we plan to have graduation on the field at 8pm as planned.
HOWEVER, should mother nature bring us rain, here is the plan:
1) Graduation will be moved into Pullin Gym- still at 8:00pm.
2) Doors will open at 7:00pm.
3) Each graduate has been issued 8 tickets to distribute.
4) Only people with tickets will be allowed into the gym - tickets are not available for purchase.
5) Faculty and staff only, (no spouse/kids) will be allowed into the ceremony, no ticket needed!
6) We will try our best to make a decision by 3:00pm regarding location - check website and Facebook page.

We are also looking into the possibility of hosting this streaming at the EBISD cafeteria so those without tickets can see graduation. Please know graduation is important to all of us at EBISD and we want to make the best and safest decision for the students.
Please stay tuned here and on the EBISD webpage for updates. --Courtney Hudgins, Superintendent

Thank you to the PTO members, teachers and staff, and parent volunteers that helped make the day a success. (If pictures do not load, click link below.)
