Last night our Brahmarettes traveled to Brazos to take on their district rival the Cougarettes. Our girls struggled to find their grove all night but fought hard to keep the lead and came home with a BIG five game win. Scores: 24-26, 25-21, 15-25, 25-20, 18-16
This puts the girls at 3-0 in District and 28-6 Overall.
Kill leaders: R.Rabius 19, J. Rabius 14, and S. Demny 12.
Assisting in offensive points: Lee with 7, Show 5, Atteberry 5, and Matej 2.
Defensive leaders: S. Show 13 digs, R. Rabius 12 and M. Plunkett with 12.
Assisting defensively: Demny and Reyes both with 9 digs, Adamcik with 8, Atteberry and J. Rabius with 6 each, and KK Linder with 4.
Serving leader: Sara Demny with 21 Services points and 3 Aces
Set Assist leaders: A. Reyes with 30 Assist and R. Rabius with 25.
The JV girls also came home with a win over Brazos. Scores: 25-16, 25-11
The Freshman fell a bit short last night with Scores at : 22-25, 6-25
Our next game is Friday @ home vs Hempstead game times @ 430 JV and 530 Varsity.
