Over the weekend, the 7th grade boys B team
competed in the Brazos basketball tournament. The Brahmas beat Columbus 18-11,
and Van Vleck 28-23 to take home the tournament Championship. Scorers over the
weekend included; Patrick Hlavinka (19), AJ Lazo(11), Alex Lopez (5), Sammy Simms (4), Zachary
Cheatham (4), Mason Vasut (2), Taylor Buxkemper (1). Defensive standouts
included Austin Draper, and Dalton Schmidt. Both the A and B teams will be back
in action Thursday, January 23, at home against Brazos.
