BOYS AND GIRLS STATE GOLF RESULTS

The East Bernard Girls and Boys golf teams competed in the State Tournament in Austin on Thursday and Friday 5/2-5/3.

Congratulations goes out to Kate Rimer, who won the gold medal as State Champion 1st place medalist overall with a two-day total of (152) (77/75).  Kate Rimer was also nominated for the Girl Athlete of the week in the Houston Chronicle.  

The Girls team of Kate Rimer, Annie Bradley, Kara Morse, Rachel Polak, and Jayci Potts place 4th as a team, just (4) strokes out of winning a medal. They had a two-day team total of (757)

Garrett Losack placed 4th overall as a medalist with a two-day total of (159) (79/80)

The boys team of Garrett Losack, Nathan Tovar, Derrick Rucka, Josh Vincek, and Ethan Russell place tied for 11th with a two-day team total of (763)
