"Digital Music"  A great follow-up to the iTunes class, this lesson will help you understand the different types of digital music files and show you how to edit the mp3 tags.  We will also explore Audacity, a free music editing software, as we learn how to edit music files and even make our own sound effects or mix CDs.

"Cloud Computing"  In this class we will discuss the term cloud computing, and explain the concept of saving your documents in the cloud.  We will also explore some of the more popular online storage options and determine how these could be utilized in the classroom.

"Prezi"  As an online alternative to PowerPoint presentations, Prezi presentations are a new way to keep students engaged in classroom content.  Learn how to set up a free Prezi account and create your own presentations.

"Social Networking"  Facebook.  MySpace.  Twitter.  FourSquare.  There are hundred of ways that you and your children can interact online.  Learn what the term "Social Networking" means in regards to the internet and how you can utilize the many available applications in your daily life or even in your classroom.  Questions about privacy on these sites?  Learn what to look for to "lock down" your private information.
